How long do orders take to deliver?

Orders placed before 5pm (working days) are dispatched on the same day and normally delivered on the following working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, you can rest assured.

What are the shipping costs and where do they ship?

We deliver to the address that is most convenient for you, anywhere in mainland Portugal. We still do not deliver to the Azores and Madeira. All orders over €40 have free shipping. Below this value, a shipping fee of €4.90 will be charged.

What do I do if I receive something wrong with my order?

If this happens, send us an email to ola@furrytails.pt with the description and images. This way we will be able to help you more quickly. It is very important that you send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the order, so we recommend that you always confirm the order after receiving it.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Apple pay, ATM reference or bank transfer.
