The period of 14 (fourteen) days is counted from the date of receipt of the product by the User, provided that the information obligations arising from Decree – Law No. 7/2004, of January 7, have been fulfilled.

If this happens, send us an email to ola@furrytails.pt with the description and images. This way we will be able to help you more quickly. It is very important that you send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the order, so we recommend that you always confirm the order after receiving it.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal means that the furrytails.pt representative is obliged to reimburse, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counting from the receipt of the communication formalizing the right of withdrawal, the amount paid by the User for the acquisition of the respective product.

It is up to the User to bear the cost of return corresponding to the transportation of the products or product he intends to return.
